Role: Lead Generation Executive
Location: Remote Working
The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to help drive revenue growth. You will prospect potential new customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. This role also involves nurturing leads, building relationships with the sales team, and collaborating across departments.
- Sales Prospecting: Conduct proactive outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify potential customers. Utilize cold calling, social selling, and other prospecting techniques to generate new leads.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain contact with prospects through email and social media. Share relevant content to keep the company top of mind.
- Learning & Product Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the company’s products, services, features, and benefits. Obtain key certifications to showcase expertise.
- Relationship Building: Partner with sales team to support lead generation, pipeline growth, and campaign execution.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and other teams to align strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
- CRM Management: Maintain organized lead records in CRM and ensure timely follow up.
- Buyer Research: Identify key decision makers and learn about prospect needs through research.
- Lead Qualification: Gauge buyer interest, budget, authority, and timeline to purchase through intro calls/emails.
- Campaign Optimization: Track campaign metrics to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Proven experience in inside sales or similar prospecting role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong phone, email, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of the industry and target buyer personas.
- Motivated self-starter who can work independently.
- Digital marketing and social media experience.
- Understanding of the sales process and CRM principles.
